The friendly, attentive staff enhances this atmosphere with their impeccable service, making every visit feel personal and memorable.

When it comes to the menu, Escartine’s truly shines through its diverse offerings. Equally popular is the Crispy Pork Sisig, a signature dish that bursts with bold flavors and promises an authentic taste of Filipino cuisine.

Pasta aficionados need not look further. The Seafood Pasta Olive Oil Based is a standout, blending succulent shrimp and squid sautéed in fragrant olive oil with garlic, fresh tomatoes, and olives, all tossed with al dente spaghetti and served with buttery brioche bread. For those who prefer creamy indulgence, the Chicken Alfredo offers tender chicken breast enveloped in a luscious, cheesy sauce that comforts as much as it excites the palate.

To complement your meal, Escartine’s thoughtfully curated beverages include soothing options like the warm Chamomile Tea and a refreshing Green Tea & Lemon blend — perfect for cleansing the palate or simply relaxing into the moment.

Guests have praised Escartine’s for not only its delightful food but also the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that invites lingering conversations and cherished memories. While some note that serving times can occasionally be a bit lengthy, the overall experience more than justifies the wait, thanks to the rich flavors and heartfelt hospitality. Whether you’re dropping by for a flavorful breakfast platter or indulging in their famous sisig and chicken wings, Escartine’s promises a dining experience filled with warmth, quality, and genuine care.

We were supposed to eat at a different place but it was closed. Luckily we found this gem when we’re about to go home. The ambiance is great. All the food we ordered is good but I think some need a bit more of flavor. I had breakfast platter, and we ordered chicken wings, potato wedges, fish and fries, sisig, and spicy pasta. Personally, I think mas masarap if ‘yung chicken parmesan e mas natimplahan ng flavor. Pero that’s the only issue I had. Will definitely go back and recommend this to friends!

Superb food and service! Finally, a cozy restaurant which offers comfort food in Carmona. A place where you can dine and chill. Their sisig is really a must try. They also have coffee and pastries which are really good too and affordable. And their cheesecake, wow, one of the best I ever had!

New resto at Carmona! Dropped by on our way home from work. Their parking space is limited but there’s a parking lot very nearby. The ambiance of the place was so chill and cozy. The staff were nice, friendly and attentive to the diners. They were on their soft opening when we visited. We ordered dinakdakan, chicken wings, sisig, chicharong bulaklak and a strawberry milk drink for me. Everything was good! We ordered multiple cups of rice. Overall, we enjoyed dining at Escartine’s and would definitely comeback.

Right off the bat, the place itself is so cozy, clean, and very cute! We ordered a couple of dishes and they did not disappoint - I really love their strawberry milk! I love that they have a lot of options on their menu as well. The fish and chips can be improved and a parking space would be nice but other than those, this place is highly commendable! Would definitely go back!

My favourite is Dinakdakan good for at least 2 persons. Their serving of Daing na Bangus is the largest I've seen compared to my usual Metro Manila restaurants. Looking forward to other meat dishes on my next visit. They also have desserts like Halo-Halo and cakes. Looking forward to sample them as well on my next visit.
